Liberty Financial directors forfeit millions in equity incentives

Liberty Financial Group directors James Boyle and Sherman Ma have forfeited a combined total of over 4.3 million options under the company's Equity Incentive Plan (EIP), as disclosed in recent Appendix 3Y filings.

James Boyle, a director of Liberty Financial Group Limited, forfeited 2,868,294 options on December 1, 2025. Following this change, Boyle now holds 4,316,582 stapled securities and 7,779,079 options.

Similarly, Sherman Ma forfeited 1,434,150 options on December 1, 2025. This adjustment leaves Ma with 228,227,245 stapled securities and 3,996,397 options.
