JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates officially became a substantial holder in PLS Group Ltd on December 4, 2025. The group now holds a total voting power of 5.15%, representing 165,787,341 ordinary shares in the company.

The relevant interests are distributed across various JPMorgan entities. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. holds 78,970,204 ordinary shares as an agent lender, while J.P. Morgan Securities PLC holds 33,181,992 ordinary shares under a securities lending agreement. Additionally, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, JPMorgan Asset Management (CHINA) Company Limited, and JPMorgan Asset Management (ASIA PACIFIC) Limited hold 16,199,023, 118,047, and 2,812,546 ordinary shares respectively in their capacities as investment managers.

Other notable holdings include J.P. Morgan Securities Australia Limited with 23,278,672 ordinary shares from purchases and sales as principal/proprietary, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC with 683,134 ordinary shares via rehypothecation of client securities. These acquisitions represent a significant investment by JPMorgan Chase & Co. in PLS Group Ltd.
