Sandon Capital Pty Limited, along with Sandon Capital Investments Limited and One Fund Services Ltd as trustee of Sandon Capital Activist Fund, ceased to be a substantial holder in Australian Silica Quartz Group Ltd (ASX:ASQ) on December 3, 2025. The previous notice of substantial holding was given on November 24, 2023.
