Plenti Group updates on unquoted options cessation, rectifies previous error

Plenti Group Limited (ASX:PLT) announced on Thursday, December 4, 2025, the cessation of 184,668 unquoted options with the security code PLTAA. These options, which were set to expire on various dates at various prices, ceased on August 26, 2025, due to the lapse of conditional rights as the conditions were not met or became incapable of being satisfied.

The company clarified that this announcement updates a previous Appendix 3H released on August 27, 2025. The 184,668 options were inadvertently categorized as performance rights under ASX Security Code "PLTAB" in the prior release. Consequently, 184,668 performance rights have been added back to PLTAB, as they should not have been cancelled.

Following this adjustment, Plenti Group Limited's issued capital now includes 180,673,168 ordinary fully paid shares (PLT), 1,670,000 unquoted options (PLTAA), and 12,666,592 unquoted performance rights (PLTAB). No consideration was paid by the entity for the cessation of these options.
