Pengana International Equities reports November NTA value before dividend

Pengana International Equities Limited announced its Net Tangible Asset (NTA) backing as at November 30, 2025. The NTA value after tax on income and realised gains and losses, but before tax on unrealised gains and losses, stood at 144.16 cents per share. After accounting for tax on unrealised gains/losses of (5.18) cents per share, the net tangible asset value after tax was reported as 138.98 cents per share.

The net asset value is unaudited and calculated using the last sale price, less realisation costs, to value the investments. This NTA figure is prior to the provision for a dividend of 1.35 cents per share. This dividend had an ex-date of December 1, 2025, and is scheduled for payment on December 16, 2025.
