KKR entities boost stake in Healius

The KKR Entities, comprising Comet Asia Holdings II Pte. Ltd., Comet Asia Holdings I Pte. Ltd., KKR Asia III Fund Investments Pte. Ltd., and KKR Asian Fund III L.P., have increased their substantial holding in Healius Limited. The change in interest occurred on December 1, 2025. The KKR Entities' voting power in Healius Limited has risen from 5.14% to 6.15%.
