The group, which includes key entities like First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd and First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd, previously disclosed its substantial holding on November 14, 2025.

A series of transactions occurred between November 12, 2025, and December 2, 2025, involving both sales and purchases of fully paid ordinary shares. Notable sales included a transaction on December 2, 2025, where First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd sold 4,763,295.41 shares for AUD 4,016,100, and another on November 27, 2025, selling 4,187,690.68 shares for AUD 3,418,523.

Conversely, some entities within the group made purchases, such as First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd acquiring 144,058.26 shares for AUD 112,003 on November 12, 2025, and 293,838.24 shares for AUD 229,597 on November 17, 2025. These movements collectively led to First Sentier Group falling below the substantial holding threshold. The notice was signed by company secretary Rachel Lim on December 4, 2025.
