360 Capital Group increases stake in 360 Capital REIT

360 Capital Property Limited and associates, including 360 Capital Group, have increased their substantial holding in 360 Capital REIT from 46.18% to 47.32%. The change in interest occurred on December 2, 2025, with the previous notice given on August 20, 2025. This increase represents an acquisition of 2,450,213 additional stapled securities, bringing their total voting power to 102,418,302 votes based on 216,452,439 total securities.

The acquisitions primarily involved on-market trades at a consistent price of A$0.4050 per stapled security. Notable transactions included the purchase of 629,842 stapled securities on November 17, 2025, and 327,640 stapled securities on November 26, 2025, by TT Investments Pty Limited ATF for TT Investment Trust and TT Superannuation Fund, respectively.

Following these changes, 360 Capital Group holds 93,361,253 stapled securities, representing 43.13% of the voting power. TT Investments Pty Limited, acting as security trustee for TT Investment Trust and TT Superannuation Fund, holds 9,057,049 stapled securities, accounting for an additional 4.19%.
