Infratil adjusts Australian dividend, reports strong half-year results

Infratil Limited (IFT) is updating its dividend distribution for Australian shareholders, with a marginally increased AUD equivalent of AUD 0.07039005 per security, based on an NZD/AUD FX rate of 0.875050 as of November 27, 2025. The total dividend payment in primary currency is NZD 0.08044118 per security, with a supplementary dividend distribution estimated at NZD 0.00794118. The dividend is 100% unfranked, and the payment date is December 16, 2025.

This update coincides with strong half-year results for Infratil, driven by growth in digital and renewable energy sectors. Operational EBITDAF increased by 7%, supported by strategic asset sales totaling $255 million to enhance funding capacity. The company remains confident in the outlook for its CDC data centers, which are experiencing broad-based demand, and has increased its FY26 capital expenditure guidance to A$1.9 - A$2.2 billion to accelerate capacity delivery.

Infratil is progressing towards its $1 billion divestment target, having announced $585 million in divestments. The company is also exploring opportunities in Gurīn Energy, awaiting an export license for a solar energy project in Indonesia to Singapore, and noting resilient performance in its New Zealand businesses.
