Plenti Group announces lapse of over 950,000 unquoted options

Plenti Group Limited announced the cessation of 953,010 unquoted options (ASX security code: PLTAA) on December 2, 2025. These options, identified as "OPTION EXPIRING VARIOUS DATES EX VARIOUS PRICES," ceased due to the lapse of conditional rights to securities, as the stipulated conditions were not met or became incapable of being satisfied. The effective date of cessation for these options was November 27, 2025, and no consideration was paid by the entity for their cessation.
