Worley announces share buy-back and State Street increases holding

Worley Limited (ASX:WOR) has announced the cessation of 2,443,381 ordinary fully paid securities on November 28, 2025, through an on-market buy-back, totaling AUD 33,451,760.18. Following this cancellation, the total number of ordinary fully paid securities on issue will be 509,267,247.

Concurrently, State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries reported a change in their substantial holding in Worley Limited. As of November 26, 2025, their voting power increased to 8.15% (41,729,685 votes) from the previously notified 6.97% (35,988,560 votes) on August 26, 2025. This change primarily stems from various collateral transactions involving securities lending agreements.
