State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries have reported a notable increase in their substantial holding in Orica Limited, with their voting power rising from 6.52% to 7.59%. This change reflects an acquisition of 5,017,952 additional ordinary shares, bringing their total votes to 35,500,593 from the previous 30,482,641. The change in holding occurred on November 26, 2025.
