First Sentier group becomes substantial shareholder in Hub24

First Sentier Group Limited and its associates have become a substantial holder in Hub24 Ltd as of November 26, 2025. The group now holds a total voting power of 5.06%, representing 4,137,056 fully paid ordinary shares in the company. This includes 3,879,910 shares directly held by First Sentier Group Limited and its subsidiaries, and an additional 257,146 shares where Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., First Sentier Group Limited's ultimate parent, has voting power.

First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd and First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd hold relevant interests as investment managers, controlling voting and disposal rights over 351,159 and 3,628,752 ordinary shares, respectively. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., as the 100% owner of First Sentier Group Limited, also holds a relevant interest in 257,146 fully paid ordinary shares.

The acquisitions took place over several dates, with significant transactions recorded throughout August, September, October, and November 2025. For example, on November 26, 2025, First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd acquired 259 fully paid ordinary shares for ACN 26,861.93, and 514 shares for ACN 53,384.76. Citibank N A Hong Kong is among the registered holders of these securities, including 119,318 fully paid ordinary shares held for First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd, and 305,624 fully paid ordinary shares for First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd.
