Director Trevor Croker adjusts Aristocrat Leisure holdings

Trevor John Croker, a director at Aristocrat Leisure Limited, has reported a change in his relevant interests in the company's securities. The changes, dated November 21 and November 24, 2025, involved the vesting of various Performance Share Rights (PSRs) and a subsequent adjustment in his holdings.

Specifically, 163,541 LTI PSRs, 16,442 STI PSRs, and 12,655 STI PSRs vested, resulting in the allocation of an equivalent number of fully paid ordinary shares. Concurrently, 70,953 fully paid ordinary shares were compulsorily sold by a third-party Plan Administrator to satisfy US withholding tax liabilities related to the vesting of these PSRs.

Following these transactions, Croker's indirect interest in ALL fully paid ordinary shares increased to 723,685.
