CVC Notes 2 suspended, anticipates delisting

CVC Notes 2 (ASX Code: CVCHA) of CVC Limited ("CVC") have been immediately suspended from quotation on the ASX, effective November 28, 2025. This action is taken under Listing Rule 17.2, pending the redemption of these specific securities.

The removal of the CVC Notes 2 from the official list, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.10, will follow the announcement of their redemption. This process will also require CVC to lodge an Appendix 3H – Notification of Cessation of Securities with the ASX.

It is important to note that this suspension and upcoming removal strictly apply only to the CVC Notes 2. Other quoted securities issued by CVC are not affected by this announcement.
