Challenger declares distributions for Capital Notes 3 and 4

Challenger Limited has announced a distribution for its Capital Notes 3, with an amount of AUD 1.46 per security. The ex-date for this distribution is 16 February 2026, the record date is 17 February 2026, and the payment date is 25 February 2026. This ordinary distribution, relating to a period of one quarter and ending on 24 February 2026, is fully franked at 100%, with a corporate tax rate for franking credit of 30%.
