Brambles to quote new employee incentive securities

Brambles Limited announced its application for the quotation of 1,117 new ordinary fully paid securities on November 28, 2025. These securities, issued under an employee incentive scheme, are not subject to a restriction on transfer and will be quoted as an existing class on the ASX.

The securities are issued for a cash consideration of AUD 23.70 per security. Following this quotation, the total number of ordinary fully paid securities on issue for Brambles will increase to 1,360,968,019. The company's unquoted share rights remain at 8,186,721.

The issue falls under an exception in Listing Rule 7.2, specifically exception 13, meaning no security holder approval under Listing Rule 7.1 is required. The terms of the employee incentive scheme are detailed in Annexure A of Brambles Limited's Notice of Annual General Meeting dated September 2, 2025.
