UniSuper lifts stake in Qube Holdings above 6.5%

UniSuper Limited, acting as trustee for UniSuper and UniSuper Management Pty Limited, has altered its substantial holding in Qube Holdings Limited. The change was reported on November 24, 2025, updating a previous notice from December 6, 2022. UniSuper's voting power in Qube Holdings has increased from 5.25% to 6.54%.

This change represents an increase in total votes from 92,677,268 to 115,776,828. The primary increase in relevant interest comes from direct holdings of 112,948,942 fully paid ordinary/units stapled securities, where UniSuper controls voting and disposal powers via BNP Paribas Nominees Pty Limited.

Additionally, UniSuper Ltd holds relevant interests through its involvement with Pendal Australian Long/Short Fund, Ten Cap Australian Long/Short Fund, and RQI Australian Long/Short Fund, each contributing to the total voting power due to holdings over 20% of the units within these funds. These additional interests account for 651,623, 1,317,306, and 858,957 votes, respectively.
