Pengana International Equities names new director, company secretary

Pengana International Equities Limited (ASX: PIA) announced on November 27, 2025, the appointment of Brett Jollie as an independent non-executive director. Jollie brings over 30 years of investment industry experience across Australia, Europe, and Asia, having held senior roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and served as chief executive of Hearts & Minds Investments Limited (ASX: HM1). He will also join the company's independent board committee, established for its strategic review.

In addition to his board experience, Jollie holds a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diplomas in Applied Finance & Investment and Financial Planning, and is a Fellow of FINSIA. The board expressed anticipation for his expertise and governance insights.

Concurrently, Sandra McIntosh of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Limited has been appointed company secretary. Jesse Hamilton ceases his role as company secretary but remains a director. McIntosh will handle communication with the ASX regarding listing rule matters.
