Ingenia Communities names Toby Hall as non-executive director

Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) announced the appointment of Toby Hall as an independent non-executive director, effective December 1, 2025. Hall brings significant leadership experience from the Australian healthcare and for-purpose sectors, including prior roles as group CEO of St Vincent's Health Australia, CEO of Mission Australia, and COO of World Vision Australia. He currently serves as non-executive chair of Integral Diagnostics (ASX: IDX) and For Purpose Aged Care, and is a director of Papua New Guinea Sustainable Development Fund.
