Australian Retirement Trust, acting as trustee, has disclosed a notable increase in its substantial holding in Collins Foods Limited. The trustee's voting power in the company rose from 5.018% to 6.041% as of November 24, 2025. This change represents an increase of 1,214,939 fully paid ordinary shares, bringing its total to 7,129,816 votes.

The adjustment in holding is primarily due to a series of transactions, including both buys and sells of Collins Foods Limited shares. Significant acquisition activity was recorded on November 21, 2025, with a purchase of 756,673 shares for AUD 8,265,880.72, and on November 24, 2025, with an additional 403,262 shares bought for AUD 4,496,159.59.
