Concurrently, UBS Securities Australia Ltd engaged in a mix of buy and sell transactions, including a sale of 2,412,622 ordinary shares and a purchase of 1,073,701 ordinary shares on the same date.

The substantial holder’s relevant interests are now distributed across UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, UBS AG London Branch, and UBS Securities Australia Ltd. UBS AG Hong Kong Branch holds 71,123 ordinary shares, UBS AG London Branch holds 19,323,000 ordinary shares, and UBS Securities Australia Ltd holds 4,343,999 ordinary shares, with the latter primarily through beneficial ownership.
