State Street reduces substantial Orica holding to 6.52%

State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries reported a change in their substantial holding in Orica Limited, with their voting power decreasing from 7.84% to 6.52%. This change, which occurred on November 21, 2025, reflects a reduction in their total votes from 36,677,944 to 30,482,641.

The adjustments primarily stem from various collateral received and transferred activities involving State Street Bank and Trust Company, as detailed in Annexure A. Additionally, transfers in and out by State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited and SSGA Funds Management, Inc. contributed to the overall shift in the substantial holding during the period from October 10 to November 21, 2025.

The nature of the relevant interest for State Street entities includes the power to control voting rights and dispose of securities as an investment manager or trustee, as well as holding securities under memo pledge and collateral arrangements for securities loans.
