Aurizon updates share buy-back, acquiring 417,454 securities

Aurizon Holdings Limited (ASX:AZJ) provided an update to its on-market buy-back program on November 25, 2025. The company bought back 417,454 ordinary fully paid securities on November 25, 2025, bringing the total number of securities bought back before that day to 23,950,486. The consideration paid for the previous day's buy-back was AUD 1,475,116.41.

The highest price paid on November 24, 2025, was AUD 3.54, while the lowest price paid on that day was AUD 3.51. The proposed buy-back program started on September 1, 2025, and is expected to conclude on August 18, 2026.

Aurizon aims to buy back up to AUD 150 million of its ordinary shares, although it retains discretion to purchase a lesser value or no shares. Barrenjoey Markets Pty Limited is facilitating the buy-back. The total number of securities on issue in the class to be bought back is 1,750,443,988.
