Yarra Capital Management Limited (YCML) and its associated entities, including Yarra Management Nominees Pty Ltd (YMN) and Yarra Funds Management Limited (YFM), ceased to be a substantial holder in AUB Group Limited on November 20, 2025. This followed a previous notification on October 23, 2025, indicating their substantial holding.

The cessation resulted from a series of transactions between October 22, 2025, and November 20, 2025. During this period, the entities acquired 254,927 securities totaling A$8,159,781. Concurrently, disposals were made affecting 1,738,546 securities, amounting to A$65,549,723. The net effect of these movements led to Yarra Capital Management's exit from its substantial holding in AUB Group Limited.
