Steadfast Group Limited announced on November 17, 2025, that the external investigation into a workplace complaint, first disclosed on October 30, 2025, has concluded on a confidential basis.

Effective November 18, 2025, Robert Kelly AM will resume his role as Steadfast's managing director and CEO. This announcement has been authorized by the Steadfast board of directors.
