Pro Medicus secures A$29m in new cloud contracts, reports record FY25 performance

Pro Medicus Limited announced three new "Cloud/Full Stack" contracts for its U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., with a combined minimum value of A$29m, to be implemented within six months. These contracts include a A$6.5m 5-year deal with Children's of Alabama, a A$9.5m 7-year deal with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, and a A$13m 7-year deal with Vancouver Clinic. These additions bring the company's minimum total contract value (TCV) for sales in the first half of FY26 to A$273m.

The company reported a record FY25, with revenue increasing by 31.9% to A$213m and net profit after tax rising by 39.2% to A$115.2m. Cash and liquid investments grew by 35.5% to A$210.7m. FY25 highlights included seven new contracts totaling A$520m, two large renewals worth A$130m, and upgrades for additional products valued at A$39m.

For FY26, Pro Medicus is ahead of its growth budget, with strong momentum expected in the second half. The company remains focused on its growth strategy, including expanding its client base, increasing transaction growth from existing clients, introducing new product offerings, extending into new geographical markets, and leveraging R&D for next-generation products.
