Perpetual Limited has reported a change in its substantial holding in Select Harvests Limited. The previous notice, dated April 22, 2025, showed a voting power of 13.092% through 18,604,249 ordinary shares. Following transactions on November 20, 2025, the present voting power has fallen to 8.516%, representing 12,102,379 ordinary shares.

The reduction in stake involved numerous sales of ordinary shares from April 29, 2025, to November 20, 2025, by Perpetual Investment Management Limited, held by various custodians. These sales were interspersed with several purchases, partially offsetting the disposals.

The total consideration for the sales and purchases varied. For example, a single sale on November 20, 2025, by Perpetual Investment Management Limited involved 662,087 shares for -A$2,446,411.47, while another on the same day involved 605,885 shares for -A$2,238,745.08.
