Neuren Pharmaceuticals expands capital with new share quotation

Neuren Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX:NEU) has announced an application for the quotation of 150,000 new ordinary fully paid securities on the ASX, stemming from the exercise of options. These options, which expired on February 3, 2026, with an exercise price of AUD 3.46, were converted on November 24, 2025, and are scheduled to be issued on November 25, 2025. The new shares will rank equally with existing issued securities in their class.

The conversion primarily involves options held by key management personnel (KMP) or their associates. Gerry Zhao exercised 100,000 options, and Lauren Frazer exercised 50,000 options. This action is part of an employee incentive scheme, satisfying the underlying securities by issuing new shares, all for cash consideration.

Following this quotation, the total number of ordinary fully paid securities quoted on the ASX for Neuren Pharmaceuticals will increase to 126,639,526. The company’s unquoted options, excluding the 150,000 just converted, include 1,800,000 options expiring May 23, 2030 (EX AUD 12.91) and 450,000 options expiring July 8, 2026 (EX AUD 3.83).
