Embark revises timeline for Mayfield childcare takeover bid

Embark Early Education Limited (ASX:EVO) has issued an update regarding its conditional off-market takeover bid for Mayfield Childcare Limited (ASX:MFD). The company, which announced its intention to acquire all ordinary shares it does not already own in Mayfield on November 7, 2025, has revised the indicative timeline for the bid.

The original announcement on November 7, 2025, provided indicative dates for the lodgement of the bidder's statement with ASIC as November 24, 2025, and dispatch of the bidder's statement as December 9, 2025. These dates have now been updated.

Embark is working to finalise its bidder's statement and has revised the indicative ASIC lodgement date to no later than December 19, 2025. The indicative dispatch date for the bidder's statement has also been pushed back to no later than January 5, 2026.
