Qube Holdings shareholders approve resolutions, director Allan Davies retires

Qube Holdings Limited held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on November 20, 2025, where all resolutions put to shareholders were successfully passed by way of a poll. Key approvals included the re-election of directors Alan Miles, Stephen Mann, Lindsay Ward, and the election of John Bevan and Mick McCormack.

Shareholders also approved the adoption of the remuneration report, the grant of rights under the STI plan to the managing director, and the award of rights under the LTI plan and the SIP to the managing director. Additionally, the provision of financial assistance was approved as a special resolution.

Coinciding with the AGM results, Allan Davies ceased to be a director of Qube Holdings Limited on November 20, 2025. His last notice was filed on December 13, 2024. As of his departure, Mr. Davies held relevant interests in 3,727,429 ordinary fully paid shares through Invia Custodian Pty Limited a/c AJ & LM Davies Family Trust, and 227,288 ordinary fully paid shares and 650,000 AMTNS through Invia Custodian Pty Limited a/c AJ Davies Personal Super Fund.
