Lottery corporation grants performance rights to key management personnel

The Lottery Corporation Limited has granted 1,362,457 unquoted performance rights on November 5, 2025, under its FY26 employee incentive scheme. The company reported these rights will rank equally with existing issued securities in that class from their issue date. The total number of unquoted performance rights on issue following this grant now stands at 6,492,765.

The issue included grants to key management personnel (KMP). Adam Newman received 157,122 performance rights, while Callum Mulvihill and Andrew Shepherd each received 114,391 performance rights. The securities were issued under an exception in Listing Rule 7.2, specifically exception 14, and therefore did not require security holder approval.

The company noted a late lodgement of the Appendix 3G notification, attributing it to an administrative oversight. The Lottery Corporation stated the oversight was identified and the Appendix 3G was promptly lodged, considering this an isolated incident. The announcement regarding the grant of performance rights was authorised by Nicholas Allton, company secretary.
