Hub24 shareholders back all resolutions at 2025 AGM

Hub24 Limited (ASX:HUB) announced that all resolutions presented at its 2025 annual general meeting were passed by poll, as detailed in the notice of meeting. Key approvals included the adoption of the remuneration report, which passed with 93.69% of votes in favour, and the re-election of director Anthony (Tony) McDonald, securing 95.54% support.

Shareholders also approved the Hub24 Performance Rights Plan with 99.30% in favour. A resolution to increase the maximum aggregate remuneration payable to non-executive directors of the company passed with 99.89% of votes. Additionally, the approval for the issue of performance rights to Andrew Alcock received 79.44% support from voters.
