First Sentier group ceases to be substantial ARB shareholder

First Sentier Group Limited, alongside its related bodies corporate and associates, has ceased to be a substantial holder in ARB Corporation Ltd. The change became effective on November 18, 2025.

The cessation primarily resulted from several sales of fully paid ordinary shares by First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd. Key transactions include sales on November 17, 2025, involving 3,213 shares for AUD 107,931.42 and 4,440 shares for AUD 149,148.92. Further sales on November 18, 2025, included 4,439 shares for AUD 145,482.45 and 3,213 shares for AUD 105,301.90.

Additionally, a "Borrow Increase" transaction on November 18, 2025, involving 1,560 fully paid ordinary shares borrowed from Citigroup Global Markets Limited, also contributed to the change. This was part of a Prime Brokerage Agreement.
