UBS Group AG no longer substantial holder in Nuix

UBS Group AG and its related entities ceased to be a substantial holder in Nuix Limited on November 17, 2025. The previous notice of its substantial holding was given to Nuix on November 14, 2025.

Appendix A details numerous transactions between November 13 and November 17, 2025. These include a mix of buy and sell transactions by UBS Securities Australia Ltd, as well as returns of rehypothecated positions and stock returns by UBS AG London Branch and UBS Securities LLC. Notably, UBS Securities Australia Ltd executed multiple large sell orders, including one for 585,538 ordinary shares on November 13 and another for 343,292 ordinary shares on November 14.

Significant stock returns also occurred on November 17, with UBS Securities Australia Ltd returning 554,576 and 445,423 ordinary shares. UBS Securities LLC also returned substantial amounts, specifically 2,401,000 and 1,599,000 ordinary shares on the same date, contributing to UBS Group AG no longer being a substantial holder.
