State Street Corporation and its subsidiaries have increased their substantial holding in Droneshield Limited from 5.35% to 6.38%. This change occurred on November 17, 2025, following a previous notification on October 23, 2025. The total number of votes controlled by State Street now stands at 57,869,414, up from 46,774,900.

The change in holding primarily resulted from a series of collateral received and lending activities. Significant transactions included receiving collateral such as 3,155,736 ordinary shares on October 23, 2025, and lending 1,024,176 ordinary shares on November 11, 2025. The firm also engaged in various stock borrow and lend transactions throughout the period.
