Regis Resources director sells shares for tax purposes

Regis Resources director Jim Beyer has disposed of 507,880 fully paid ordinary shares in an on-market trade, predominantly for tax purposes. The transaction, dated November 18, 2025, was valued at A$3,437,602.44.

Following this change, Mr. Beyer's indirect holdings as a trustee for The Deckchair Trust and Mrs. Susan Beyer now total 764,785 fully paid ordinary shares. He also continues to hold 535,059 unvested Performance Rights for 2023-24 and 586,752 unvested Performance Rights for 2024-25.

The transaction occurred outside a closed period requiring prior written clearance, as confirmed in the Appendix 3Y filing.
