Murray Cod shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX:MCA) announced today the successful passing of all six resolutions at its annual general meeting held on November 18, 2025. Resolutions 1 to 6 were all passed on a poll, with Resolution 6 being a special resolution.

Key resolutions included the re-election of directors Steven Chaur and Ross Anderson. Mr. Chaur's re-election saw 99.84% of votes cast for the resolution, with 71,734,834 votes in favor. Mr. Anderson's re-election also passed with strong support, garnering 96.73% of votes, totaling 64,207,095 votes.

Shareholders also approved options for directors Ross Anderson and Mat Ryan, with 95.77% and 95.56% of votes respectively in favor. The remuneration report was passed with 99.67% approval, while the ratification of prior issue of placement shares received 99.03% support. Finally, the 10% additional placement capacity was approved by 96.52% of votes.
