IGO Limited appoints Ernst & Young as new auditor after 23 years

IGO Limited (IGO) announced a change in its external auditor, transitioning from BDO Audit Pty Ltd (BDO) to Ernst & Young. This change will take effect from the close of IGO's 2025 annual general meeting (AGM), following shareholder approval at the AGM and consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

BDO has served as IGO's auditor since 2002. The decision to appoint Ernst & Young was made after a tender process and considering BDO's long tenure. The IGO board determined that a change was appropriate.
