Perpetual Limited sees shifts in share register, BlackRock emerges as holder

Perpetual Limited and its related bodies corporate have significantly increased their substantial holding in Investsmart Group Limited (INV), with their voting power rising from 11.70% to 12.72% as of November 10, 2025. This change follows numerous purchase and sale transactions of ordinary shares between February 2022 and November 2025. The increase primarily stems from various purchase transactions by Perpetual Investment Management Limited.

In a separate development, BlackRock Group became a new substantial holder in Perpetual Limited (PPT) as of November 13, 2025, holding 5.01% of voting power, representing 5,761,762 ordinary shares. This was primarily driven by numerous acquisition transactions in the four months leading up to the announcement.

Furthermore, Perpetual Limited announced the quotation of 170,000 additional ordinary fully paid securities on November 11, 2025, issued under an employee incentive scheme. These new securities will rank equally with existing shares, bringing the total number of quoted ordinary shares on issue to 114,952,568.
