Infratil declares interim dividend, updates valuations and guidance

Infratil Limited declared an interim dividend of NZD 0.08044118 per share, comprising NZD 0.07250000 ordinary dividend and NZD 0.00794118 supplementary dividend. It is payable on December 16, 2025, with a record date of November 27, 2025. A 2% discount will apply to the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP), which has an election date of November 28, 2025, and a strike price announcement on December 15, 2025.

The company's independent valuation update for September 30, 2025, showed an increase in Longroad Energy's valuation by $133 million and Galileo's by €2 million. RHCNZ's valuation decreased by NZ$71 million since March. This contributed to Infratil’s total asset value growing by $735 million to NZ$19.0 billion. The updated FY26 proportionate operational EBITDAF guidance is NZ$960–NZ$1,000 million, reflecting recent divestments.

These divestments include Fortysouth and legacy property assets, totaling over $255 million. Infratil plans to reinvest proceeds into high-conviction assets like CDC and Longroad Energy, with a forecast equity commitment of A$250 million to CDC by the end of FY27. This strategy aims to support continued growth and shareholder returns, leveraging strong demand in digital and renewable energy sectors.
