Rox Resources to quote new shares following option conversions

Rox Resources Limited (ASX:RXL) announced its application for the quotation of 1,183,927 new ordinary fully paid securities. These additional securities stem from the exercise and conversion of RXLAX options, which had an expiry date of November 30, 2025, and an exercise price of 0.25 per option. The options were exercised between October 31, 2025, and November 7, 2025, resulting in the issue of new shares on November 7, 2025.

Following this quotation, the total number of ordinary fully paid securities on issue for Rox Resources will increase to 753,905,949. The company has confirmed that these new securities will rank equally in all respects with the existing issued securities of the same class from their issue date.
