Ram Essential Services Property Fund reduces securities through buy-back

Ram Essential Services Property Fund announced the cessation of 100,225 fully paid units stapled securities, effective March 31, 2025. This reduction in capital was executed as an on-market buy-back.

Following this cessation, the total number of fully paid units stapled securities on issue for the entity will be 501,065,183. The announcement was made on November 7, 2025.

Ram Essential Services Property Fund confirmed it is not paying any additional consideration for the cessation of these securities.
