Qantas shareholders approve all resolutions at 2025 AGM

Qantas Airways Limited (Qantas) announced the results of its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) held on November 7, 2025, confirming that all resolutions put to shareholders were carried by a poll. Key appointments to the board, including the election of Dion Weisler and the re-election of Dr. Heather Smith and Doug Parker, received strong shareholder backing.
