Insignia Financial cuts stake in Botanix Pharmaceuticals to 7.174%

Insignia Financial Ltd, along with its subsidiaries, has reported a change in its substantial holding in Botanix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. As of October 29, 2025, Insignia Financial's total voting power decreased from 8.29% (161,925,059 ordinary shares) to 7.174% (141,377,437 ordinary shares). The previous notice was given on May 6, 2025.

The changes involved numerous transactions, predominantly sales, by Insignia Financial's entities. Notable sales include IOOF Investment Services Ltd selling 479,069 shares for -AUD129,420.55 on May 1, 2025, and MLC Investments Ltd selling 201,958 shares for -AUD85,267.12 on May 5, 2025. Significant reductions also occurred later, with MLC Investments Ltd selling 3,965,152 shares for -AUD594,979.02 on July 22, 2025, and IOOF Investment Services Ltd selling 1,696,619 shares for -AUD456,393.45 on October 28, 2025.

Despite the overall reduction, some purchases were also made, such as MLC Investments Ltd acquiring 2,017,646 shares for AUD869,019.30 on May 13, 2025, and OnePath Fund Management Limited purchasing 440,527 shares for AUD132,204.70 on June 20, 2025. Insignia Financial Ltd and its subsidiaries maintain relevant interests through entities like MLC Investments Ltd, IOOF Investment Management Ltd, IOOF Investment Services Ltd, and OnePath Fund Management Limited.
