Insignia Financial Ltd, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, reported a change in its substantial holding in Botanix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The previous notice was dated April 24, 2025, and the current notice reflects changes up to October 29, 2025. Insignia Financial’s total voting power in Botanix Pharmaceuticals decreased from 8.29% (161,925,059 ordinary shares) to 7.174% (141,377,437 ordinary shares).

The change involved numerous on-market transactions by subsidiaries including IOOF Investment Management Ltd, MLC Investments Ltd, IOOF Investment Services Ltd, and OnePath Fund Management Limited. Significant sales include $129,420.55 by IOOF Investment Services Ltd on May 1, 2025, and $626,109.66 by MLC Investments Ltd on July 17, 2025.

Purchases were also noted, such as $869,019.30 by MLC Investments Ltd on May 13, 2025, and $132,204.70 by OnePath Fund Management Limited on June 20, 2025. These transactions resulted in a net reduction of Insignia Financial’s overall holding in Botanix Pharmaceuticals.
