Clean Elements significantly increases stake in Galan Lithium

Clean Elements Ltd has reported a significant change in its substantial holding in Galan Lithium Limited, with its voting power increasing from 10.52% to 17.60%. This new position reflects a total of 202,204,189 votes in Galan Lithium.

The increase stems from the acquisition of 90,909,091 shares, pursuant to a Share Subscription Agreement between Clean Elements and Galan. This acquisition was valued at A$0.11 per share, totaling A$10,000,000. These newly acquired shares are subject to an escrow period of 12 months.

Prior to this transaction, Clean Elements held 20,386,007 shares. Ofer Amir signed the notice as director for Clean Elements Ltd.
