Ariadne shareholders back all resolutions at 2025 AGM

Ariadne Australia Limited held its annual general meeting on Friday, November 7, 2025, with all resolutions passing with significant majorities. The remuneration report was approved, with 99.34% of votes cast in favour, representing 47,889,168 votes, against 0.66% (317,525 votes).

Shareholders also re-elected Mr. David Hancock as a director, with 99.75% of votes (149,658,304) in favour and 0.25% (380,923) against. Similarly, Mr. Dean Smorgon was re-elected as a director, receiving 99.89% of votes (149,877,019) in favour and 0.11% (161,833) against.
