Allan Gray Australia Pty Ltd and its associated entities, collectively referred to as the Group, have increased their substantial holding in Ramsay Health Care Limited. The Group's voting power rose from 5.07% to 6.17% of ordinary shares, representing a total of 14,239,676 votes. This change occurred between March 1, 2025, and November 5, 2025.

During this period, the Group made net acquisitions of Ramsay Health Care shares. They purchased 4,181,243 securities for a consideration of AUD 139,126,499 and sold 1,620,871 securities for AUD 56,783,688. These transactions occurred on market, via in-specie under a dividend reinvestment plan, or pursuant to a capital raising.
