Nufarm revises segment reporting, sets FY25 results release date

Nufarm Limited (ASX: NUF) will revise its operating segment reporting starting from FY25, moving seed treatment into its Crop Protection regional segments from Seed Technologies. This change aligns with the company's operational structure and industry practice, following a review of Seed Technologies. The seed treatment business, which supplies crop protection products, generated approximately $20.5m EBITDA in FY24. There are no changes to Nufarm’s overall earnings or balance sheet.

The company also announced that its FY25 full-year financial results will be released on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. A briefing for investors will be held at 10:00am AEDT on the same day, with pre-registration required for the teleconference. The results announcement will also be webcast live and an archived version will be available later on the Nufarm website.
